Presentation Title: “The Tribe”

Susan Harding (Integrative Health Coach) is passionate about women’s health and loves serving as an educator and a life coach.  She helps women empower themselves to take a next step, no matter how big or small the mountain may be.  Through individual, group, & corporate coaching, as well as retreats, Susan believes and demonstrates that self-care comes first and that partnership & connection are a close second and third. This Friday, October 12th, Susan offers insight about self-care, partnership, and connection through her dynamic presentation, “The Tribe.”
