Topic:  “Breast Thermography – Shedding New Light on Saving Your Tata’s!”


Christie is the owner/operator of Thermal Discovery LLC – certified provider of medical infrared imaging services in the Triad and Triangle.  She holds a Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine/Psychology from George Mason University and is a certified level one thermographer with Infraspection Institute, equine thermographer through United Infrared and a medical thermographers technician through the International Academy of Clinical Thermology.  Christie is also the recipient of the 2012 National Association of Professional Women’s “Woman of the Year” award for her field (medical infrared imaging). But more than anything else, she is the daughter and niece of breast cancer survivors.  Therefore, Christie focuses the majority of her energy on providing the highest quality thermal breast imaging for the early detection of breast cancer.

Our regular Weekly meetings are scheduled on Fridays and are structured as follows:

7:45 – 8:00 Networking
8:00 – 8:10 President Opens Meeting
8:10 – 8:30 Guest Speaker or Developmental Activity
8:30 – 8:45 Member and Visitor 30-Second Commercials
8:45 – 9:00 Networking
9:00 – Meeting Ends
