Topic “Farewell Performance”

Brenda Bey, from “Vocal Xpressions,” will be giving a short farewell performance this Friday as she will be “returning home” to Cleveland, Ohio.

If you have not already done so, you will want to meet Brenda, who has been a rising vocalist in the Piedmont area, generating energy and excitement everywhere she performs.

Brenda has a strong, dynamic sound and a repertoire that encompasses contemporary jazz and popular tunes, spiritual and inspirational songs, as well as Broadway musical sections and oldies.

Brenda also expresses herself through poetry and uses that talent to compose personalized songs and greetings.  Her acting abilities have been showcased in both theatre and commercial work.  Musical Theatre  includes “Once on This Island,” “Porgy and Bess,” “Baba King,” and “Francis, Everyone’s Saint.”
