Topic:  “Temperament & the Leader in You”

Description:  Let’s answer the million dollar question, “Why We Act The Way We Do?” by taking a bird’s eye view at how individual temperaments influence our entire lives.  This will include the way that we work with and support both our family and clients.
Background:  A skilled and powerful public speaker since childhood, Jackie delivers customized training services with cutting edge precision. She utilizes her 16 years of leadership, counseling, personal, and staff development experience to present “Right Thinking” concept power tools for human service, educational, corporate, and faith-based organizations. Believing that education is a key to elevation, Jackie holds an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Edgecombe Community College, a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Shaw University, and is a current MBA student at South University.
In 2004, her first book, My Father’s Child… From Gloom to Glory, was published & the nonprofit 501 c3 organization, Building Up People, Inc. was founded.  Jackie spearheads the life changing Women’s Conference, “Designed With Destiny In Mind” and “SOAR,” a quarterly EmPOWERment summit for women called to leadership.
