Topic:  “Strategies to Understand and Reduce Stress”

Background:  Y. Clarette Sutton, BS, M&OD, is Executive Director of Remedy of Community Needs Ministries and the Project Coordinator for “READ to Succeed.”  She has degrees from Johnson C. Smith University – Courses in Elementary Education; Johnston Community College – Associate in Applied Science & Early Childhood Associate; and Mount Olive College – Bachelor of Science – Business Administration: Management and Organizational Development.

Presentation:  By engaging in hands-on activities, Clarette will offer participants strategies to help understand and reduce stress and promote stress release.

Our regular Weekly meetings are scheduled on Fridays and are structured as follows:

7:45 – 8:00 Networking
8:00 – 8:10 President Opens Meeting
8:10 – 8:30 Guest Speaker or Developmental Activity
8:30 – 8:45 Member and Visitor 30-Second Commercials
8:45 – 9:00 Networking
9:00 – Meeting Ends


ANNOUNCEMENT:  We will begin discussing our upcoming presentations for the summer as well as reviewing such categories as Attendance, Meeting Hours and Networking, Commercials, and the Board of Election process.  You won’t want to miss it.
