PWN Member Linda Malave Rasche
Come find out what Hospice is all about. Learn about the requirements of entering a Hospice Program and how people are making a difference through volunteering. The requirements, philosophy, and how to become a volunteer will all be shared.

Linda Malave Rasche was born in Cataño, Puerto Rico and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from Metropolitan University in Bayamón, Puerto Rico with an Associate Degree in Bus. Admin. and Certified Florida Designer from Orlando Vocation Technical, Orlando, Florida
Linda is currently employed with Liberty Hospice in Burlington, NC as Volunteer Coordinator. She has also worked for Catholic Hospice and Hospice by the Sea in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale as their Community Relations Liaison for a total of 15 years between both Hospice’s.
Linda was involved in many civic organizations while she lived in Florida and is presently involved in networking groups is three counties, Alamance Chamber of Commerce, Powerful Women Networking group as well as in her church groups.
She was recognized as Hispanic Women of the Year in 2006 and Woman of the Year in Broward County, Florida in 2010.
Linda has lived in Burlington, NC for the last two years and has two daughters, Lindy and Lillian who reside in Florida.
Our regular Weekly meetings are scheduled on Fridays and are structured as follows:7:45 – 8:00 Networking 8:00 – 8:10 President Opens Meeting 8:10 – 8:30 Guest Speaker or Developmental Activity 8:30 – 8:45 Member and Visitor 30-Second Commercials 8:45 – 9:00 Networking 9:00 – Meeting Ends
