Ann Hardee has been teaching Yoga for over 17 years and is committed to healthy nutrition. Her daily mantras are wrapped around good food choices and stress relief.
As a baby boomer, Ann is keenly aware of the physical limitations and needs of this generation. Keeping flexible, strong and balanced with a functional range of motion is the goal for her yoga students.
