Carla Harper Bio: Carla has her MS in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University. She has a BA in Professional and Creative Writing with a Minor in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Carla has over 20 years of experience helping leaders with diverse views analyze issues, communicate complex information and work between and through bureaucracies to turn vision into tangible products and results. She has held leadership roles with the Girl Scouts, Women’s Auxiliary Clubs, County Board of Elections, Parent-Teacher Organizations, Social Services Boards, Charter School Board, Youth and Training and music programs as well as creation and delivery of community oriented American history course.
